Its scissor jacks and pintle ring hitch ensure that it can be quickly set up and leveled, making it a versatile solution for emergency kitchens.
With an electrical 60 Amp panel, insulated walls, and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, the Kitchen Support Trailer is built for long-term operations in the field. It allows for safe, regulated power distribution and ensures that safety standards are maintained during high-demand deployments.
